1. EnFlex drives Product Environment Management organization and maintains Product Environment Management level, and even more to achieve its requirement.

2. EnFlex complies with environmental regulations and customer requirements that used in managing raw material, components, parts, and sub-material from purchasing, designing, and production process. Therefore, EnFlex cover lens could meet customers' requirement.

3. EnFlex complies with product environment management as customer requirements. Establish the operation used in designing, purchasing, material inventory, production line, and finished product inventory.

4. Through by internal audit, EnFlex confirms that whether the product environment management operation could maintain well and also uses to improve operation system.

In order to fulfill social responsibility, EnFlex abides by labor-related laws and regulations, protects the legitimate rights and interests of employees, implements human rights protection, treats all current employees with dignity and respects. The policy guidelines are as follows:

1. Provide safe and healthy workplaces in compliance with related laws and regulations.

2. Committed to maintaining a workplace free of violence, harassment, and bullying.

5. Eliminate unlawful discrimination and ensure equal opportunities for hiring and promotion.

Comply with Environmental Protection Standards and Regulations

1. Under EnFlex management system of harmful material control, EnFlex ensures all products meet international environmental protection laws and regulations, such as RoHS and halogens limitation.

2. In addition, EnFlex keeps highly concern about the trade of international environmental regulations, so that EnFlex puts EU chemical policy - Substance of Very High Concern, SVHC into EnFlex's environmental management system according to REACH laws. In the meantime, for source management, EnFlex investigates its suppliers' management system and requests all the raw material provided by them to meet international environmental laws.
